PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thawing machine capable of rapid thawing under an environment close to natural thawing, allowing a product to be thawed as uniform as possible with little deterioration of freshness and taste after thawing.SOLUTION: A thawing plate 10 to come in contact with a product A to be thawed is formed of a material with a high heat conductivity, having a heat exchange part 20 which allows the heat transfer to the product A to be thawed to have an efficiency (heat transfer efficiency) partially different in the thawing plate 10. Consequently, the heat transfer between the heat exchange part 20 and the product A to be thawed proceeds partially differently, not uniformly over the entire product A to be thawed in contact with the thawing plate 10. As a result, thawing of a region to be hardly thawed of the product A can be accelerated, and thawing of a region to be easily thawed can be relatively suppressed. The product A can be therefore more evenly thawed without nonuniformity. |
