PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor circuit in which the circuit is not complicated when highly accurate offset removal is employed.SOLUTION: A circuit section obtains the total of a value integrating a signal, subtracting a reference voltage Vfrom an input signal (V+V) for a first time, and a value integrating a signal, subtracting an offset control voltage Vfrom the reference voltage Vfor a second time, as an integration value corresponding to a signal component V. Although omitted from the drawing, the sensor circuit includes a control section for adjusting the offset control voltage Vso that the integration value of the total when only the offset component Vis included in the input signal becomes zero. |
