PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect the health and beauty state of a user and the state of a health and beauty-relating behavioral conducted by the user and assist in invigorating the user's health and beauty.SOLUTION: A health information system of an embodiment includes a management device that is connected via a network with a measurement device for measuring the health and beauty state of a user and a behavioral state acquisition device for acquiring a behavioral history pertaining to health and beauty conducted by the user. The management device stores, in time series, the daily health and beauty measurement information and behavioral history of the user in association with each other. A time series pattern in which the health and beauty state of the user changes or does not change is extracted on the basis of the time series of the past health and beauty measurement information, and, when corresponding to the extracted time series pattern, the health and beauty activities conducted by the user and the health and beauty activities not conducted by the user are extracted. Effect evaluation information on the extracted health and beauty activities that are executed or not executed is generated using each health and beauty measurement information before and after the health and beauty activities or in a non-execution period. |
