PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a power selling amount and maximize income of a user in miscellaneous income.SOLUTION: When it is determined that, total miscellaneous income after tax is equal to or less than an upper limit which does not require final income tax return, a supply control part 23 stops selling of surplus power to an electric power company so that, a total value of actual total power selling miscellaneous income and an estimated total amount of other miscellaneous income in a predetermined period becomes equal to or more than the total miscellaneous income after tax, and equal to or less than a value which requires the final income tax return. |
