PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism for supporting planning of a treatment planning by doctors.SOLUTION: A similar case retrieval system comprises: a case management server device 130 for storing retrieval object cases including at least a medical document; an inspection instruction input part 111 for inputting a retrieval input case including at least the medical document; a feature amount extraction part 121 for extracting a feature amount from the retrieval input case inputted by inspection instruction input part 111; a first retrieval part 122 for acquiring a case having a feature amount in which similarity is higher than a predetermined value with respect to the feature amount of the retrieval input case, among the retrieval object cases stored in the case management server device 130, by performing retrieval; and a second retrieval part 123 for acquiring medical information including medical activity and a result of the medical activity from retrieval result cases acquired by retrieval performed by the first retrieval part 122, by performing retrieval. |
