PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize a vacant reserved seat during operation.SOLUTION: A reservation management server 1 includes: a reservation management database for associating each of reserved seats with a reservation person; transmission means which transmits a location confirmation signal for confirming location information, to a prior reservation-person terminal 2a used by the reservation person and a reserved-seat management apparatus 8 which manages the reserved seat; determination means which determines that the reservation person using the prior reservation-person terminal 2a occupies the reserved seat when both location information included in received responses of the location confirmation signals are coincident with each other; and guidance means which transmits information on cancellation of the reservation to the prior reservation-person terminal 2a who does not occupy the reserved seat. |
