PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an observation method, microscope system and microscope device, capable of observing the image of a specimen housed in a vessel even when an optical axis of illumination light is approximately orthogonal to an optical axis of observation light.SOLUTION: The observation method comprises: emitting sheet-like illumination light to a housing part from a direction approximately orthogonal to the liquid level of a liquid; and bending the optical path of the illumination light to irradiate a specimen with the light in a direction approximately parallel to the liquid level of the liquid. |
