PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal display device that suppresses decrease in reflectance or a chromaticity shift toward a yellow zone while reducing flickers.SOLUTION: An array substrate 11 includes a plurality of reflective pixel electrodes 26, a plurality of transparent electrode layers 28, and others. The reflective pixel electrodes 26 have a work function different from the work function of a transparent electrode 18 and are positioned to overlap any filters 17r, 17g, 17b in a plan view. The transparent electrode layers 28 cover at least a part of the reflective pixel electrodes 26, in which a difference in the work function from that of the transparent electrode 18 is smaller than the difference in the work function between the reflective pixel electrode 26 and the transparent electrode. The transparent electrode layers 28 are set to have a thickness in a part corresponding to the filter part 17b and a thickness different from the above thickness in a part corresponding to other filter parts 17r, 17g. |
