PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impact at the time of delivering pouches 2 between a supply conveyor 6 and a conveying conveyor 10 arranged crossingly below the supply conveyor.SOLUTION: A chain conveyor 48 of relay means 8 is provided consecutively from a downstream end of a supply conveyor, and a conveying conveyor is arranged below the chain conveyor. The conveying conveyor includes crosspieces 12 fitted thereto at equal intervals, and pouches conveyed to the chain conveyor are loaded between the crosspieces. In the chain conveyor, a plurality of parallel free rollers 54 are installed between endless chains 58A and 58B on both sides thereof to constitute a placement member 80. The free rollers can be rotated in an opposite direction of a running direction of the chain conveyor by bringing a speed reduction belt 116 in contact with the rollers. The pouches delivered from the supply conveyor to the relay means are advanced at speed slower than the speed of the placement member by the inverse rotation of the rollers and stopped by a stopper 50. |
