PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sheet which has sufficient gas permeability and is excellent in moldability and shape retention and its production method.SOLUTION: A resin sheet includes a base part and a plurality of columnar protruding parts formed on the surface of the base part. The columnar protruding parts have a height of 100 nm or larger to 200 μm or smaller; the number of the columnar protruding parts per unit area of the projection area at least in a part of the surface of the base part is 10-10protruding parts/cm; the ratio of the total area of the top parts of the columnar protruding parts of the above number to the unit area of the projection area of the surface of the base part is 1×10to 1-1×10; the resin contained at least in the base part and the protruding parts is a thermoplastic resin; and the tackiness of the thermoplastic resin at 25°C is 25 N/cmor smaller, measured by a probe tack testing method.
