PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe leak inspection device and pipe leak inspection method that have no inspection-inability range over the entire length of a pipe, can detect a leak over the pipe entire length including a pipe end, and facilitate the attachment and detachment of a closing device.SOLUTION: An end side of a pipe 11 is held by a clamp 12, and a latch unit 24 disposed at one end of a guide rod 21 is disposed at a position allowing latch to the clamp 12. By rotating a screw rod 17, a movable closing unit 20 is linearly slid along the guide rod 21 by a tip 17a of the screw rod 17. Thus, an end surface 11a of the pipe 11 is brought into contact with a seal unit 26 disposed on a closed surface 23 of the movable closing unit 20, and the pipe 11 is closed by compressively deforming the seal unit 26. |
