PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded article by which a three-dimensional molded article excellent in dimensional accuracy can be stably manufactured, to provide an apparatus for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded article, which can stably manufacture a three-dimensional molded article with excellent dimensional accuracy, and to provide a three-dimensional molded article manufactured by using the above method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded article.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a three-dimensional molded article of the present invention is carried out by repeating a series of steps including: a layer forming step of forming a layer by using a composition containing a granular material; and a binder liquid imparting step of imparting a binder liquid into the layer to bind the granular material. An amount of the binder liquid to be imparted is controlled depending on the compatibility of the granular material and the binder liquid.
