COMMUNICATION TERMINAL AND RADIO SENSOR NETWORK SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal and a radio sensor network system that are capable of power saving communication.SOLUTION: A sensor node communication terminal 20 comprises: a sensor 21 capable of collecting sensor information at an installed place and independent timing; a control unit 24 connected with the sensor 21 and capable of performing arithmetic processing for the sensor information; a memory 22 connected with the control unit 24; a radio transmission/reception unit 26 connected with the control unit 24; an antenna 28 connected with the radio transmission/reception unit 26 and capable of performing radio transmission of the sensor information or a result of arithmetic processing of the sensor information; a power supply unit 32 connected with the control unit 24; and a timer 30 connected with the control unit 24. The sensor node communication terminal 20 is able to receive second radio transmission data from a host side for a prescribed period after completion of transmitting radio transmission data. A radio sensor network system is capable of accommodating a plurality of sensor node communication terminals 20.
