PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact power transmission device, a power transmission apparatus, and a power reception apparatus capable of suitably grasping the abnormality and abnormal place of power transmission from an AC power supply to a target load.SOLUTION: A non-contact power transmission device 10 includes: an AC power supply 12 for outputting an AC power; a primary side coil 13a to which the AC power is input; a secondary side coil 23a capable of receiving the AC power in a non-contact state from the primary side coil 13a; and a vehicular battery 22 to which the DC power to be obtained by converting the AC power received by the secondary side coil 23a is input. The non-contact power transmission device 10 includes a power transmission side controller 14 for, on the basis of a phase difference between the output voltage and output currents of the AC power supply 12, determining whether or not abnormality occurs in the power transmission from the AC power supply 12 to the vehicular battery 22. |
