PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly determine an abnormality of a sensor which detects an operation state of an SOWC without adding new parts.SOLUTION: When a sensor outputs a signal indicating that an SOWC is brought into an engagement state during the execution of control for setting the SOWC in a release state (step S1), control (step S4) for changing a difference rotation number of a first member and a second member is performed, and according to a state (step S5) of the difference rotation number generated by a change or non-change of a state of the engagement/release of a selectable one-way clutch accompanied by the execution of control for changing the difference rotation number, the determination (steps S9, S10) of an abnormality of the sensor is performed. |
