PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain a male surface fastener material in which male form hooks being fine to a degree capable of passing through a rectangular sieve opening of 3 mm in width and in height are stuck out.SOLUTION: A male surface fastener material 14 is configured by spraying and bonding fine pulverized grains on a coated surface of a base material 13 coated with adhesives 12, the fine pulverized grains that are obtained by pulverizing plants such as wood, plywood, fruit husks, withered branches, dead leaves, dead roots, cereals, straws, stems, small bamboos, rattans, wisterias, ivy, lawns, reeds, common reeds, bamboo grasses, snake gourds, sponge gourd fibers and bamboo fibers, minerals such as foaming lava, pumice and coke, or foamed resin, and are fine to a degree capable of passing through a rectangular sieve opening of 3 mm in width and in height and have square-built irregularities capable of being engaged to fibers with single fiber fineness of 30 dtex or less on the surface thereof. The fine pulverized grains sprayed and bonded on the base material 13 configure male hook elements 11 connected with standing-out fibers 21 standing out on the surface of a female surface fastener material 24 and having the single fiber fineness of 30 dtex or less. |
