PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a cooling fan which reduces vibrations applied from a loading device driven by a servo motor and vibrations caused by resonance between a vibration frequency of the loading device and a character frequency of a cooling fan support part and prevents damage caused by excessive vibrations.SOLUTION: An attachment structure of a cooling fan is used to attach a cooling fan to a ventilation cover 30 of a servo motor. The attachment structure of the cooling fan includes: a base plate 40 disposed between the ventilation cover 30 and the cooling fan and having a female screw part; a fan attachment plate 50 having a cutout hole; and a cylindrical damping material 60 supported on the cutout hole of the fan attachment plate 50. The cooling fan is fixed to the ventilation cover 30 through the damping material 60. |
