PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning cleaning recovery device capable of efficiently removing an oil content adhered to turning by a continuous system by a simple and compact device constitution, and capable of securely recovering turning having high reutilizability at a reduced treatment cost.SOLUTION: Provided is a turning cleaning recovery device including: a cracking machine 1 of cracking turning C1 adhered with an oil content; a cleaning tank 3 of dispersing the turning C2 derived from the cracking machine 1 with a cleaning liquid including a degreasing detergent; a circulation pipe line L1 and a circulation pump P1 circulating a turning-dispersed solution S in the cleaning tank 3; a dehydration machine 4 of water-cutting the turning -dispersed solution S by centrifugal dehydration; a liquid feed pipe line L2 and a liquid feed pump P2 of feeding the turning-dispersed solution in the cleaning tank 3 to the dehydration machine 4; a reflux pipe line L3 and a reflux pump P3 of returning the cleaning liquid W released from the dehydration machine 4 to the cleaning tank 3; and a dehydration tank 5 of recovering the turning C2 after the dehydration from the dehydration machine 4. |
