PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery device which inhibits dust from accumulating in a housing with outer air when the outer air is introduced into the housing to cool batteries and is capable of cooling the batteries.SOLUTION: A battery device of a vehicle includes: a housing 11 in which a housing chamber 11e is provided, the housing 11 having dust resistance; batteries 12 housed in the housing chamber; a first heat radiation part 31a protruding to the outer side of the housing; and a second heat radiation part 31b which is thermally connected with the first heat radiation part and protrudes into the housing chamber; a fan device 32 which generates airflow flowing along a surface of the first heat radiation part; and a guide member which forms at least a part of a passage of the airflow.
