PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm vacuum pump having a chassis structure capable of reducing its manufacturing cost while simplifying manufacturing processes.SOLUTION: A chassis 21 of a diaphragm vacuum pump 11 is formed by coupling a pair of chassis half bodies 22, 23 formed of synthetic resins. Each chassis half body includes base plate parts 22a, 23a having diaphragm mounting portions, and a pair of coupled plate parts protruded from two opposed sides of the base plate parts toward the other chassis half body, respectively. At the front ends of the coupled plate parts, bearing unit holding portions 22c, 23c are provided between which a bearing unit 20 is held for supporting a cam shaft 12a at both ends when both coupled plate parts are coupled at their front ends, respectively. |
