摘要

本发明提供一种雷射光学反射影样的缺陷补偿法，包含：撷取一雷射光学反射影像，其中雷射光学反射影像呈现一非真圆图像，且非真圆图像为一虚拟真圆图像之一部分。对雷射光学反射影像进行二值化。选取非真圆图像之一半圆部分。进行第一次影像分割及第二次影像分割。分别以第一次影像分割及第二次影像分割后之影像依序取得虚拟真圆图像之圆心之y座标、x座标及半径长度。以x座标，y座标及虚拟真圆图像之半径长度架构出一完整真圆图像。以完整真圆图像对雷射光学反射影像呈现之非真圆图像进行补偿使雷射光学反射影像还原为一真圆图像。; binarizing the laser reflective pattern; a half-circle portion of the non-proper circle is selected; a first image splitting and a second image splitting are performed to the half-circle portion in sequence in order to obtain a y coordinate and a x coordinate of the center of the virtual proper circle, and a radius of the virtual proper circle; a complete proper circle is constructed in accordance with the x coordinate, y coordinate and the radius of the virtual proper circle.
