PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear weight type automatic filling machine which can perform smooth conveyance and exact measurement of filling quantity of bottles, has a simple structure, has a small number of components, therefore, does not require component exchange to a plurality of kinds of bottles having different dimensions or mouth positions of the bottles, permits the filling as it is and makes a discharge device of filling-defective bottles with a simple constitution possible.SOLUTION: A linear weight type automatic filling machine, according to intermittent feeding of a transportation conveyor, performs the filling of liquid to a plurality of bottles while stopping the plurality of bottles on a linear filling region disposed on a conveyance path of the bottles and detecting a filling quantity with a load cell. A control of an interval of feeding devices such as a chain or screw arranged on both sides of the filling path is performed with a servo motor and exact measurement of bottle weight is permitted by performing relative rise and fall between the transportation conveyor and a bottle stand of the load cell. A bottle mouth alignment device is provided on an inlet of the filling region and filling-defective bottles are discharged by utilizing rotation of an output side chain sprocket shaft of the feeding devices. |
