PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, although a user might want to manually designate which of one data set corresponds to which of the other data set before capturing data, it is difficult to confirm the correspondence in the middle of the capture operation.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a data capturing device comprising: an item display unit for listing a set of item names of data at the destination of capture on a screen; an acquisition unit for acquiring a set of subject data from a recording unit in which the set of subject data that is the subject to be captured; a data display unit for listing a specific set of subject data from among the set of subject data acquired by the acquisition unit; a selection acceptance unit for accepting the linking of one of the item names displayed on the screen and one of the subject data of the specific set displayed on the screen from the outside; and a linking display unit for visually linking the item name and the subject data displayed on the screen and displaying it on the screen to indicate that the item name accepted by the selection acceptance unit and the subject data have been linked.
