PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-cooling motor that is available under a high-temperature environment.SOLUTION: A blade 60 which is rotated together with a shaft 1 and generates an air current toward the outside in a radial direction, is disposed closer to a high-temperature chamber wall surface 505 than a rotor 2. A housing 5 includes: a base 50 that is disposed axially upper than the rotor 2; two or more mounting parts which are mounted onto the high-temperature chamber wall surface 505 axially lower than the blade 6; and a cover 51 connecting the base 50 and the mounting parts. Further, in the base 50, an intake port 54 is formed. Therefore, high-temperature air in the vicinity of the high-temperature chamber wall surface 505 is exhausted radially along the high-temperature chamber wall surface 505, low-temperature outside air is taken in from the base 50 opposite to the high-temperature chamber wall surface 505, an air current toward an axially lower side is generated within a rotor holder 20, and the inside of a motor 100 can be cooled. |
