PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment in which, provision of an electronic point service can be started more safely, quickly and easily in a store.SOLUTION: A server 1 which is connected to a local network L installed in a store T via the Internet 7 comprises: a point management database D11 for storing points given to a client of the store T for every MAC address of an information appliance 3 of the client; a transmission path establishment part F11 for establishing a transmission path for transmitting encrypted data between the local network L and the server 1; and a point processing execution part F12 for executing processing for the points which are stored corresponding to the MAC address included in a point processing request, when receiving the point processing request from the transmission path. When the point processing execution part F12 does not secure a storage area of the points which are targets of processing, the point processing execution part F12 secures a new storage area for executing point processing. |
