PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that outgas generated from a resin molten at high temperatures invades a clearance between a mirror surface piece and a clamping piece to be engaged in the mirror surface piece, becomes in a solid state and is accumulated gradually, which causes temporal changes pint characteristics in a molding transferred with the deformed mirror surface piece according to the shot number because the elastic deformation of the mirror surface piece by the molding pressure depends upon the clearance amount.SOLUTION: The rigidity to the molding pressure is increased by enlarging the area of the longitudinal end part of a mirror surface piece. Independently of the magnitude of the clearance between the mirror surface piece and a clamping piece, the deformation of the mirror surface piece is stabilized during application of the molding pressure, allowing suppression of the temporal change of pint characteristics in mass-production molding. |
