PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make measures for lubrication performance of an action plunger of a limit switch and thereby inhibit wear of a slide part and achieve long life of the product.SOLUTION: A limit switch includes: a housing; a switch action plunger stored in the housing; a shaft which is rotatably supported by the housing; and an arm provided at a tip part of the shaft. The limit switch moves the switch action plunger in response to rotation of the shaft to turn of/off a built-in switch. In the limit switch, an oil seal is formed so as to enclose a shaft of the switch action plunger. When the switch is operated, the oil seal is deformed to enhance lubrication performance. |
