PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of preventing cleavage destruction on a fastening slide surface that is easy to occur especially in a case where Bi is contained in a coating layer and the crystal grain diameter of the Bi is small, in a slide member and a slide bearing where an opposite shaft slides on a slide surface.SOLUTION: In a slide member and a slide bearing, on a base layer, a coating layer of a coating material having a slide surface of an opposite material is formed. The coating layer has a crystal structure of the coating material in which the grain diameter of a crystal grain is 3 μm or more and 7 μm or less. Also, the coating material is Bi, Sn, Pb, In or Sb. |
