PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the usability of a paper cutting apparatus and a paper feeding apparatus in a paper holder for toilet tissue paper and the like, in such a manner that a user can easily grab the paper to drawing out the paper, the user is not required to repeatedly draw out the paper when drawing the paper by folding the paper, and the user is not required to manually tear off the paper.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a paper roll holding part for holding a paper roll so as to freely rotate; a conveyance roller for feeding out paper from the paper roll held by the paper roll holding part; a paper cutting part for cutting the paper fed out by the conveyance roller; a cut timing detection part for detecting a timing for cutting the paper; a paper presence/absence detection part at the downstream of the conveyance roller for detecting presence/absence of the paper; and a control part for controlling the operation of the conveyance roller, the paper cutting part, the cut timing detection part, and the paper presence/absence detection part. The problem can be solved by the invention having such a configuration. |
