PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely fix a toner image on a sheet and reduce a warm-up time to improve an energy-saving property.SOLUTION: A fixing device 18 of the present invention includes: a fixing belt 22 that is rotatably provided; a pressure member 23 that is in pressure contact with the fixing belt 22 to form a fixing nip 43 and rotatably provided; a pressing member 24 that presses the fixing belt 22 toward the pressure member 23; a heat source 26 that is arranged inside in the radial direction of the fixing belt 22 to emit radiation heat; and a heat transmission member 27 that is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the fixing belt 22 to absorb the radiation heat emitted from the heat source 26. A part of the heat transmission member 27 is held between the fixing belt 22 and pressing member 24.
