PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device suppressed in common mode noise.SOLUTION: A light-emitting device includes: a mounting substrate where an illuminating light source is mounted; a radiator plate which is attached to the mounting substrate; a power source circuit; a conductive housing which houses the power source circuit and is electrically and thermally connected to the radiator plate; a conductive body which has a plurality of metal layers, in which the plurality of metal layers are electrically connected to one another, which is set so as to face at least one of the radiator plate and the housing body, and which is electrically connected to an output terminal at a low potential side of the power source circuit; a second conductive body which has a plurality of second metal layers set among the plurality of metal layers of the conductive body, in which the plurality of second metal layers are electrically connected to one another, and which is set so as to face at least one of the radiator plate and the housing body; and an insulation layer set between the metal layer of the conductive body and the second metal layer of the second conductive body. |
