PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing device that saves energy when an apparatus is restored from the state of restricted power consumption.SOLUTION: An information processing device connected with two or more external devices via a network comprises: storage means for storing device information identifying the two or more external devices per function included in at least two or more external devices; power control means for controlling power supply to the two or more external devices; communication means for receiving instruction data to perform a function included in another external device among the two or more external devices from one external device among the two or more external devices; and determination means for determining an external device having the function performed by the instruction data received by the communication means on the basis of the device information stored in the storage means. The power control means controls the external device determined by the determination means and having the function performed by the instruction data from the state in which power supply is restricted to the state in which power supply is resumed.
