PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain reduction in throughput while reducing an impact on another radio communication system.SOLUTION: A radio communication device comprises: a use state acquisition unit that performs carrier sense for a plurality of frequency channels; a channel selection unit that allocates lower priority than other frequency channels to a frequency channel used when data was transmitted, and selects a prescribed number of frequency channels on the result of the carrier sense from a frequency channel with higher priority in order regarding priority allocated to the plurality of frequency channels; and a transmission unit that transmits data using the frequency channels selected by the channel selection unit. The channel selection unit updates priority of the plurality of frequency channels when the transmission unit finishes data transmission.
