PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pillar garnish installation structure capable of stabilizing pillar garnish fitting.SOLUTION: A tether clip contact face 85 from which corners are made round, is formed on a long side edge part of a long hole 84 of a pillar garnish 80. The tether clip contact face 85 has a cutting grade T required for die cutting during die molding of the pillar garnish, in the long axial direction of the long hole 84. A pillar garnish contact face 76 of an engagement holding part 72 of the tether clip 10 has a grade according to the cutting grade T of the tether clip contact face 85 of the pillar garnish 80. In a state that the tether clip 10 is assembled to the pillar garnish 80, the tether clip contact face 85 of the pillar garnish 80 and the pillar garnish contact face 76 of the tether clip 10 contact by face contact in the long axial direction of the long hole of the pillar garnish 80. Thereby fitting of the pillar garnish 80 can be stabilized. |
