PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting method of coating conditions, a detection method of a paste sagging state and a paste coating method in a paste coating device which precisely detects the paste sagging state from a nozzle and can properly set an elevation height of the nozzle independent of an operator.SOLUTION: An elevation height setting part lowers a nozzle from a temporarily set height and performs trial coating of paste onto a trial coating surface on a trial coating stage. Subsequently, the trial coating of the paste is performed, thereafter, the elevated nozzle and a vertical moving course of the nozzle are imaged from a lateral side and image data are gained. Subsequently, a sagging state of the paste from the nozzle is detected based on the image data and, if the paste causes "thread cutting", judges the number of times of trial coating. When the number of times of the trial coating is "1", the temporarily set height is elevated, the trial coating is again performed and the image data are again obtained. When the number of times of the trial coating is "2" or more, the elevation height of the nozzle to be used upon a main coating is set based on the temporarily set height applied on the trial coating which is performed lastly. |
