PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for inspecting a passenger conveyor capable of inspecting the interior of a truss without using a maintenance inspection step different from other steps.SOLUTION: An apparatus for inspecting a passenger conveyor includes: a support body formed attachable to a step shaft when one of a plurality of steps respectively attached to a plurality of step shafts disposed so as to be circularly movable in the interior of a truss is disengaged from the step shaft; and a camera attached to the support body so that an imaging direction is directed to a floor surface of the truss when the support body attached to the step shaft is located close to a backward path in the interior of the truss.
