PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable ink liquid contact member suitable for an inkjet recording head for industrial applications, which uses an ink indicating high alkaline property, specifically an ink having a pH of 9 or more, and causes less amount of elution of silicon into the ink even after a long-term preservation, a high-temperature recording, and a long-term continuous recording.SOLUTION: A material for an ink liquid contact member is composed of a glass material containing SiO, AlO, and ZrO, and further containing at least one kind selected from YOand LaO. |
