PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a robot that can maintain a state in which a human being who receives support by the robot can view clearly a screen of a display of a head part of the robot.SOLUTION: In the control method for a robot in which a display 60 provided in a head part 70 independently from a sensor 25 is provided in the head part 70 equipped with the sensor 25 for object recognition, when the head part 70 is inclined at a first inclination (an angle + &thetas;) toward a base 45, the display 60 is inclined toward an opposite direction of the head part 70 at a second inclination (an angle -&thetas;) relative to the head part 70. Magnitude of the first inclination is substantially equal to magnitude of the second inclination. |
