PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide member capable of obtaining light having the uniform spot-shaped intensity distribution.SOLUTION: A light guide member 10 comprises: a light source 5 having an outgoing radiation light source face 6 emitting light L; a first scattering layer 20 disposed to oppose the outgoing radiation light source face 6 such that the light L emitted from the outgoing radiation light source face 6 is propagated while scattering inside; and a transparent material 30 disposed to oppose the first scattering layer 20 on the opposite side of the light source 5 of the first scattering layer 20 such that the light L emitted from the first scattering layer 20 formed of a permeability material propagates inside along a propagation direction f. The transparent material 30 includes: a light incident surface 32 on which the light L emitted from the first scattering layer 20 is made incident inside; a reflection side surface 35 for reflecting the propagating light L such that the light L propagating inside the transparent material 30 cannot leak from the inside of the transparent material 30; and a light emission surface 34 emitting the light L that has propagated inside the transparent material 30.
