PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion heating device which burns a fuel such as petroleum and gas and thereby warms up a room without needing a commercial power supply and has a thermal power generation function.SOLUTION: A combustion heating device includes: a heat collection plate 13 which collects heat to be transmitted to a thermoelectric conversion module 11 including a thermoelectric transducer for converting heat into electricity. The heat collection plate 13 includes: a heat collection part 13a which is disposed above a combustion part 4 for burning a fuel and collects heat emitted from the combustion part 4; and a coupling part 13b which is thermally coupled to the thermoelectric conversion module 11. The combustion part 4 and the heat collection part 13a are disposed at one region of a housing 1 partitioned by a reflection plate 6 which reflects radiant heat from the combustion part 4, and the thermoelectric conversion module 11 is disposed at the other region of the housing 1 which is partitioned by the reflection plate 6.
