PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe fixture capable of reducing labor in assembly work and suppressing play of a pipe, and a handrail device with the same.SOLUTION: A bracket 13 includes a pipe insertion part 21 formed by a front wall 23 having a first bolt insertion hole 29 and a pair of side walls 24 continued to the front wall 23, and a pipe play preventing part 22 formed by a rear wall 25 having a second bolt insertion hole 30 and facing a pipe 7 from the rear side. The pipe play preventing part 22 has a bent portion 26 existing between the rear wall 25 and the side walls 24 and elastically deformed in tightening of a bolt 14 and a nut 15 and abutted to the vicinity of right and left ends of a rear portion of the pipe 7. When the bolt 14 and the nut 15 are tightened, contact at three points is achieved in which the front wall of the bracket 13 is pressed to a front portion of the pipe 7 and the bent portions 26 are pressed to the rear portion of the pipe 7. |
