PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, in a lithium ion secondary battery comprising a negative electrode material formed using silicon as a negative electrode active material, silicon has a storage amount of lithium ions about four times that of a carbon material, expansion and contraction due to charge/discharge are repeated, peeling, falling and the like of an active material occur, and a life of an electrode thereof is extremely short as compared with conventional carbon material-based electrodes.SOLUTION: A negative electrode material is produced by using a material including silicon nanoparticles supported on a wide internal surface of active carbon, as a negative electrode active material. |
