PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide which has less processing variation and which can suppress peeling on an interface with a substrate.SOLUTION: A light guide comprises: clad layers 2, 4; and a core pattern 3 for light signal transmission, on a light guide formation surface 11 of a substrate 1. At least one end of the core pattern 3 for light signal transmission on a light axis is a light input/output end surface 5 in which a light signal is inputted or light signal is outputted in approximately parallel to the light guide formation surface 11, and the light input/output end surface 5 is disposed on a projection part 6 projecting from an outer periphery of the substrate 1. |
