PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a columnar object-formed substrate for an electronic element, the columnar object-formed substrate having columnar formed objects which preferably maintain a fixed distance between the columnar object-formed substrate and an opposing substrate when the electronic element including these is manufactured.SOLUTION: The above problem is cleared by providing a columnar object-formed substrate for an electronic element, the columnar object-formed substrate comprising: a substrate; and columnar formed objects which are formed on the substrate to maintain a fixed distance between the substrate and an opposing substrate that is used when the electronic element is manufactured. Each of the columnar formed objects is shaped to have an upper base and lower base having same area, as well as a maximum area section located between the upper and lower bases and having a cross-section with the maximum area in a direction parallel to the substrate.
