PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing functional component-containing yogurt that exhibits functionality showing defecation-promoting effect and effect of suppressing generation of carcinogens, which are the effects of specific insoluble dietary fiber of sugar cane, and exhibits the functionality of lutein contained in stems and leaves of sweet potato and having high eye disease prevention effect.SOLUTION: In a method for producing yogurt containing sugar cane dietary fiber, a lactic acid bacteria starter is added to a raw material containing a yogurt mix, dietary fiber of sugar cane, and stems and leaves of sweet potato to ferment the raw material. |
