PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new group-controlled elevator device capable of improving an operation efficiency of an elevator car and services to an individual user and users in one group.SOLUTION: The number of users in one group is compared with a predetermined number-of-user determination threshold. If the number of users in one group exceeds the number-of-user determination threshold, an elevator car dedicated for groups is assigned. If the number of users in one group does not exceed the number-of-user determination threshold, an elevator car having a spare space is assigned. Accordingly, when the number of users in one group is many, an elevator car dedicated for groups is assigned, when the number of users in one group is less, an elevator car having a spare space is assigned, and thereby an operation efficiency and services to the users can be improved. |
