PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure of a truck capable of arranging a guide rail without being influenced by an arrangement interval of cross sills, and to provide the truck.SOLUTION: A floor structure 100 of a truck includes: a plurality of cross sills 10 arranged with intervals in the fore-and-aft direction of a vehicle; floor boards 20 laid on the cross sills 10 with spacers 30 interposed therebetween; and a guide rail 40 extending in the fore-and-aft direction and having a reversed hat-shaped cross section. The structure further includes joint members 50 each of which has a lower horizontal member 51 arranged below the floor board, a vertical member 52 extending upward from an end part of the lower horizontal member, and an upper horizontal member 53 extending from an upper end of the vertical member. The upper horizontal member is fixed in a state of being overlapped with a flange 41 of the guide rail, and the lower horizontal member is fixed in a state of being overlapped with the spacer. |
