PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate which has excellent curability due to a reaction with an active hydrogen compound and excellent compatibility with an active hydrogen compound and further good ground concealing property.SOLUTION: There is provided a polyisocyanate which has 70 to 90 mass% of an aliphatic diisocyanate monomer unit, 5 to 20 mass% of a polyol unit and 0.1 to 10 mass% of a monoalcohol unit based on the total amount of a polyisocyanate, contains 0.01 to 1 mass% of a diisocyanate monomer and has a viscosity at 25°C of 3000 to 40000 mPa s.
