PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a wide imaging area with a compact structure and obtain an image of high picture quality.SOLUTION: An imaging optical system includes a variable mirror unit 50 disposed between a main imaging optical system 40 and a re-imaging optical system 60 in an optical path, and the re-imaging optical system 60 that collects light reflected by the variable mirror unit to form an image of an observation object. The variable mirror unit allows a surface shape of a reflection surface to be changed, and the re-imaging optical system makes it possible to change a point distance. |
