PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a distance image having high density, high precision, and high reliability cannot be generated only with passive light.SOLUTION: A distance image generation device receives light from an object to be measured and generates a signal of a circular vibration eye stereoscopic momentary image. Then, three kinds or more of circumferential Fourier coefficients corresponding to respective pixels of the circular vibration eye stereoscopic momentary image are calculated through load integration of the signal of the circular vibration eye stereoscopic momentary image. Image circular vibration speed radii corresponding to the respective pixels of the circular vibration eye stereoscopic momentary image are calculated by solving a matrix equation, obtained from a circular vibration stereoscopic partial differential equation through the load integration, by substituting the three kinds or more of circumferential Fourier coefficients in coefficients of the matrix equation. Distances corresponding to the respective pixels of the circular vibration eye stereoscopic momentary image are calculated from an arithmetic expression defined by geometric arrangement of a circular vibration eye stereoscopic momentary image signal generation part and the image circular vibration speed radii. |
